TOPIC: PAST CONTINUOUS - PAST PROGRESSIVE
OBJECTIVE: LOS ESTUDIANTES CONOCERAN COMO SE FORMA EL PASADO PROGRESIVO EN INGLES Y SU USO.
ACTIVITIES:
1. LEER Y ESTUDIAR LA TEORIA SOBRE EL PRESENTE PROGRESIVO
2. OBSERVAR CON ATENCION LA CLASE GRABADA (EL VIDEO) SOBRE EL PRESENTE PROGRESIVO.
3. REALIZAR 6 FRASES EN PASADO PROGRESIVO EN ESPAÑOL Y TRADUCIRLAS AL INGLES.
NOTA ESTAS FRASES LAS DEBES ESCRIBIR EN LOS COMENTS DEL BLOG. ESPECIFICAR NOMBRE COMPLETO Y GRADO.
4. AL FINAL DE LA CLASE HABRA UN CONVERSATORIO VIRTUAL (VIA WHATSAPP) SOBRE LAS INQUIETUDES DEL TEMA.
El pasado contínuo, también llamado, pasado progresivo, expresa acciones que estaban ocurriendo en un determinado momento en el pasado. Ejemplo: María was studying at university (María estaba estudiando en la universidad).
Al igual que todos los tiempos verbales, el pasado contínuo puede expresarse en oraciones afirmativas como la anterior, en oraciones interrogativas: Was María studying at university? (Estaba María estudiando en la universidad) u oraciones negativas: Maria was not studying at university (María no estaba estudiando en la universidad).
Para formar una oración enunciativa en Pasado contínuo o Pasado progresivo, se sigue la siguiente estructura gramatical:
Sujeto + el pretérito del verbo To Be + Gerundio del verbo principal + complemento
Pretérito del verbo to be.
El pretérito del verbo “to be” se conjuga, con los pronombres personales, de la siguiente manera:

Oraciones afirmativas en pasado continuo.
